HTX Luxe Visuals is an independent on-location portrait project founded in Houston, Texas. Instead of traditional indoor setups, sessions take place in curated public gardens, dynamic neighborhood blocks, and sunset open fields. Every shoot is framed with natural lens craft, personalized direction, and intentional grading.

Studio Guidelines
Policies & Booking Terms
Clear agreements keep expectations mutual and transparent. All confirmed bookings adhere to these standards.
Retainer & Date Reservation
A non-refundable 50% retainer deposit is required at the time of booking to officially secure your date and time on the calendar.
No shoot dates are reserved without receipt of this deposit and confirmation agreement.
Cancellation & Refund Terms
If a client cancels a session with at least 48 hours prior written notice, any amount paid beyond the initial retainer will be refunded, up to a maximum refund of 75% of the total session fee.
The remaining 25% represents the non-refundable reservation deposit covering scheduled calendar exclusivity and preparation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice forfeit all fees paid.
Houston Weather & Rescheduling
Because sessions are held outdoors on location, severe weather (thunderstorms, extreme flash floods, or high winds) can affect shoots.
If conditions are unsafe or unworkable, your 50% retainer transfers 100% to a rescheduled date within 60 days at no added charge.
Image Rights & Delivery
Clients receive high-resolution, professionally color-graded JPEG files via private online download link within 7 business days.
Every session includes non-commercial personal print and social media sharing rights. Unedited RAW files are not released under any circumstance.

Frequently Asked Questions
We shoot across public parks, cultural districts, and open-access scenic spots around Houston (e.g., Buffalo Bayou, Hermann Park, The Heights, Downtown architectural streets). If you have a specific private location or venue in mind, any permit or admission fees are the responsibility of the client.
Texas weather is unpredictable. We evaluate the forecast 24 hours prior. If rain or heavy weather threatens the shoot, we will coordinate a mutual reschedule date at zero penalty.
For shoots with 2 or 3 looks, we recommend quick-layer garments, or choosing locations with public restrooms or nearby parked vehicles for convenient changes.
The initial 50% deposit confirms your booking. The final 50% balance is due on or before the day of the shoot prior to shooting beginning.
